The Service provides functionality within Google Sheets to perform thermophysical property calculations by making calls to an external server running the CoolProp library (http://www.coolprop.org/).
You agree to use the Service only for its intended purposes. You understand that the Service relies on Google Apps Script infrastructure and external network communication with a CoolProp server. Availability and performance may vary.
The Service utilizes the CoolProp library for its core calculation capabilities. CoolProp is an open-source library distributed under the MIT License. You can find more information about the CoolProp license on the CoolProp github repository: https://github.com/CoolProp/CoolProp/blob/master/LICENSE. Your use of the Service is subject to your compliance with the terms applicable to the CoolProp library where relevant.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, accurate, reliable, or secure. Use the Service at your own risk. Calculations should be verified independently when accuracy is critical.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer(s) of the Service shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (b) any errors or omissions in the calculations provided by the Service; (c) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes, typically by updating the "Last updated" date on this page. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
